Our founder
Chris realised that the world of experience design was a hot mess while working for a big international corporation as an manager. Seeking to make it easier for companies worldwide to make sense of delivering the best customer experience at every touchpoint, he set on a mission to change the world of experience himself.
Our story
Experience Affinity was initially just one man with a laptop and a desire to make people understand customer experience better, and make more informed choices in their daily life. Quickly, what was meant to be a side project grew into a viable business with people asking to come work with Chris. At first, Experience Affinity's main focus was retail journeys and customer satisfaction, but slowly the team grew and was able to focus more on projects requiring expertise in other sectors and technologies.
Now, Experience Affinity is working together with esteemed businesses both big and small to make sense of the mountains of customer journeys being offered, and how to transform them in the digital age.
